To some people a new idea is a challenge. To others it represents destruction of the status quo. Dr.
Hal A. Huggins has been meeting challenges for 40 years. When he met a group of Gulf War Vets in
England, he felt challenged to seek a cause and solution for the problem. Two years later, he had
accomplished just that and is now preparing an extensive report on the surprising results of the
efforts of 20 people successfully treating six declining British vets.
