Return To Autoimmune Disease

Setting It Straight - Lupus

Lupus erythematosis is an autoimmune disease that in many cases responds to the protocol procedures. There is a marker for this disease called the ANA titer, or antinuclear antibody. As the titer increases, the disease has progressed. We have seen titers drop to zero within 3 months, and sometimes it requires 6 months to get to that level. Much depends upon how closely the patient adheres to the dietary suggestions; for things like coffee and other caffeine products will increase recovery time.
