Seizures as a result of mercury exposures should not be any big surprise. Mercury alters nerve impulse
transmission, and seizures are a result of altered nerve impulse transmission. As with so many
neurological problems, seizures stop quickly in some people, are reduced in others, and take a long time
in others. Again it really did not have to happen in those cases directly responsible to mercury in
fillings.
